The challenge is to showcase the true power of MG CYBERSTER, a superior two-seat 100% electric convertible roadster with its signature scissor doors which has been praised as the future of structural architecture.

A perfect combination of classic design and sport DNA, MG CYBERSTER is a two-seat all-electric luxury sport convertible outstanding for its scissor doors and a soft-top roof that makes the model even more unique. Sport elements are incorporated into the model’s interior which also features intelligent technology and connectivity. In terms of power and performance, MG CYBERSTER is available in a single-motor model with 64 kWh battery capacity and a dual-motor model with the battery capacity of 77 kWh. MG CYBERSTER recently creates a historical milestone in “CHARGING INTO THE FUTURE”, the longest journey that sets a new record that breaks all the EV barriers. With its power and performance tested, MG CYBERSTER goes on a road trip from London to Shanghai with an accumulative distance of over 10,000 miles across 23 countries in 3 continents including Europe, the Middle East and Asia. During the “CHARGING INTO THE FUTURE” challenge, MG CYBERSTER is driven by Hugo and Ross Turner, world-renowned globetrotters known as the Turner Twins who are recognized from many global adventures including Atlantic Rowing Race where they rowed across 3,000 miles in the Atlantic Ocean and their trek across the polar ice cap of Greenland — all require maximum strength and stamina.

The “CHARGING INTO THE FUTURE” mission begins on 12 September 2023 at Park Plaza West Minister Bridge London where MG CYBERSTER starts to impress and create excitement among fans of MG who look forward to witnessing the power of the all-electric sport roadster that is able to withstand all terrains, be they city and country routes, steep highlands or even the desert. Throughout the journey with significant climate shifts — from low-temperature landscape in Europe, dry and high-temperature areas in the Middle East into hot and humid Asia, the mission is a solid proof of the efficiency of cabin-room technology that allows smooth and comfortable drive.
